1. The name "Quality Industrial Solutions, Inc." does not have the word computer in it. Are you a computer company?

Quality Industrial Solutions, Inc., is a solution orientated company. It is our belief that the computer is an intricate part, but not the most important part of the total solution. We do provide computer systems to be used as Network File Servers, WEB Servers, Workstations and Special Applications.

2. Our last computer service company had difficulty in solving repeat problems. How does your company meet this challenge?

Repeat problems can be the result of several factors; poor design, employee training, and the serviceman’s ability.  Quality Industrial Solutions, Inc., provides system  design, training and professional service. In addition we have  implemented a service program that tracks equipment history. This helps us determine the cause of repeat problems and solutions

3. Your name indicates you’re an industrial solution company. Do you service and support other forms of business?

Quality Industrial Solutions, Inc., has designed and installed systems for distribution, retail, Educational, Internet Applications and Accounting Solutions for business. Below is a list of Industries supported:

4. When I place a service call, how soon will it be before I get a response?

Service is provided on a first come first serve basis unless classified as an emergency. A Service Engineer will return your call and determine the nature and priority of your call, at this time service will scheduled. Examples of emergency situations would be a Server down, Payroll deadline, and any situation that effects major operations of your business. Normal service is scheduled (usually within one or two days) and Emergencies are assigned to the  first Service Engineer available
